A Salad, a Donut & a Sparkly Top Walk Into My Week
Pumpkins, doctors, and a few chic rewards for the female body being iconic
Hi, it’s Naz — new week, new scroll. We’re in the final stretch (yes, that stretch), and the past week was the perfect blend of city calm and upstate chaos.
Between UES strolls, back-to-back doctor visits, and my non-negotiable 3 Guys salad stop (it truly never misses), I made my way up to Dubois Farms for the first time — pumpkins, cider, donuts, and peak fall energy. The full cozy-core fantasy, basically.
And if you know me, you know I can’t sit still for too long — during COVID, I started a candle company, and… it’s officially making a comeback. This time with a new direction: bespoke candles and creative partnerships. This weekend, I worked on my first new batch upstate — a collaboration for a female-focused summit I’m really excited about. It feels good to be creating again (and smelling like sandalwood while doing it).
So, between the pumpkins, the doctor visits, and my wax-covered hands, I decided this season deserved a little self-celebration. Call it The Push Gift Edit, or maybe just “Naz rewarding Naz.” Either way, these are the things I’ve ordered to celebrate a body that’s worked overtime and deserves some fun.
The Push Gift Edit (aka, Naz Rewarding Naz)
Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that growing a human deserves prizes — and preferably stylish ones.
The Ring – Something sparkly, timeless, and completely unnecessary (which is exactly why I love it).
The Perfume – My new scent obsession. Warm, a little spicy, and expensive-smelling in the best way.
The Bag – Not a diaper bag, not a tote, just something that screams “me” before “mom.”
The Coat – Because if I’m going to step into my mom era, it’s going to be wrapped in something fabulous. Something that still screams me before I’m covered in baby burps and mystery stains.
The Shoes – Because shoes always fit — even when nothing else does. Preferably something that clicks when I walk, because I’ve earned the drama.
The Drama- Because sometimes you just need a little party energy — even if it’s at 11 a.m.
And next week, I’ll be sharing my PFW recap, a few early fall looks, and maybe even a sneak peek at what’s next for the candles.
XX,
Naz
